Meatloaf

This is a great choice for a cold winter day! I love to serve this with a baked potato.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. of Beckler ground beef

1 onion chopped

1 package of brown gravy

1 tsp. of garlic salt

1 can of mushrooms-drained

3 T. of Worcestershire Sauce

2 eggs-beaten

1 sleeve of ritz crackers

1/3 c. of milk

Directions:

1. I love to mix this in my KitchenAid mixer!

2. Add your ground beef and begin mixing, then slowly add the rest of the ingredients.

3. Shape your loaf as desired and place in a 9x13 baking pan. I like to add water around the outside edge to keep my meatloaf moist. Cover the pan with foil before you put it in the oven to bake.

4. Bake this in the oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
