After years in the commercial beef industry, the Beckler Family had the opportunity to refocus their herd and align their priorities as a family. 

 

Shorthorns were the ideal choice for three reasons:

• Docility

• Feedlot Performance

We started with a group of bred heifers purchased with returns from showing steers at the county fair.

 

Today, we are building a herd of Shorthorns, true to their strengths and bringing them to the commercial beef industry as a trusted option.
